It's built for owners who want one company, one invoice, and a property that always looks after itself.
The member-rate handyman hours are where this plan quietly pays for itself — at $85/hr standard, a couple of member-rate projects a year covers a meaningful slice of the plan. Add +$20 in monthly Grunch Credits and the math gets better still.

Total Property Care runs on a 12-month commitment so we can hold your monthly spot and lock your rate. Pressure washing covers up to 1,500 sq ft annually; larger surfaces bill at plan rates. Community Hero Credits (+$20/month) stack on top. You can transfer the plan if you sell the property.
