Home Guard runs on a 12-month commitment so we can hold your monthly spot and lock your rate. Lawn pricing assumes a standard residential lot; large or wooded lots may adjust the rate, and we'll tell you upfront. Community Hero Credits (+$20/month) stack on top. You can transfer the plan if you sell the property.
