Interior pricing notes
The $75 monthly Interior Maintenance Check covers properties up to 2,500 sq ft; larger homes and multi-unit buildings are quoted individually. Hourly repair work has a one-hour minimum, and materials are billed at cost with the receipt included. Grunch Credits from any monthly plan can be spent on any of these services.
